We have been helping property owners maintain their flat roofs for many years. We know the importance of a comprehensive, proactive plan aimed at identifying and repairing minor issues long before they have the chance to become major ones. Our inspection and repair processes have been refined and perfected over the last two decades, and we feel they represent the best value for your preventative maintenance dollars you can find anywhere. It never hurts to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee either.
Flat roof maintenance is generally focused on the removal of water and snow that accumulates due to poor drainage or bad installation techniques. It’s best to get to this accumulation within the first 48 hours of possible. This prevents the worst from occurring and gives us a chance to repair any minor issue we find before the next rain or snowfall. We recommend a bi-annual maintenance schedule to all of our clients because, in our experience, once a year is just not enough. It’s also a good idea to call us after any major storm to be sure that nothing untoward has taken place. Special attention is paid to your flashings since almost 90% of leaks in flat roofs begin there. Anything we find will be reported to you in detail along with our recommended repairs. Our technicians will also keep a sharp eye out for blisters or creases that may not be an issue now, but could blossom
Homeowners and property managers understand the difficulties caused by the weather. Far more than clogging roads or delaying flights, the Midwestern weather can do a real number on residential roofing – no matter the style or system. As the most vulnerable area of your structure, your roof is battered by wind, rain, ice, snow, debris, and temperature changes – some quite abrupt. These types of changes in the environment can and will cause damage to your roofing, and could, if left untreated, lead to severe structural issues and even failure. We offer preventative maintenance programs designed specifically for your roofing. These plans take aim at the known causes of roof damage and identify and repair any minor issues ling before they become major ones. This proactive approach to protecting your property can pay huge dividends throughout the lifetime of your structure. After all, maintenance costs are nothing when compared to the costs of a new roof or, even worse, the demolition of a collapsed structure.
